Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (MS RN)Position Details:

• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Floating: Required between units
• On-Call: Not required
• Weekends: Required as needed, at least every other weekend

• Provide nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient recovery and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Epic electronic health record system.
• Float between units as required to meet facility staffing needs.
• Promote patient safety and deliver quality, patient-centered nursing care.

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
• Certification: BLS
• Ability to work in a rehabilitation setting.
• Flexibility to float between units.
• Availability to work weekends as needed, at least every other weekend.
• 48-hour workweeks are approved.
