- Eligibility Criteria: 2 years of current Cardiac Step Down experience

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of current Cardiac Step Down experience – Required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) – Required
- Active Illinois RN License in good standing – Required
- Active ACLS & BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross – Required
- Valid driver’s license (required if operating a work vehicle)

- Shift booking through mobile application.
- Pay rate $53.00 hourly (Day) and Overtime Rate of $79.50
- Pay rate $55.00 hourly (Nights) and Overtime Rate of $82.50
- Shift Gross - 12hr Day Pay rate - $636.00 and Nights Pay rate - $660.00
- Referral bonus Upto $500.00 for each successful referral.
