Greenstaff Medical is looking for 1-3x American Board Certified (or soon will be) Rheumatologists to join a Private Practice in a suburban town of New Jersey that is in high-demand and close proximity to everything.
Practice Overview:
- 2 MDs 3 NPs (historically 7–8 providers)
- 2,500 new patients/year
- Established, high-volume group with infusion services
Compensation:
- $300K base productivity model (~$380K threshold)
- Revenue share (~50%) on collections above threshold
- Performance-based bonuses annual evaluations
- Partnership track additional infusion revenue upside
Pay: $300,000.00 - $380,000.00 per year
