Group is owned by 3 individuals who currently take all the call to allow a work-life balance for the rest of the group. Call is allowed to be taken but currently only work 7:30-3:30 (and just be available until 5:30) and call it a day!
We're hiring permanent CRNAs—new grads and experienced—for a unique opportunity to practice autonomously in a hospital setting with unmatched schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical culture.

What Our Client Offers
- Base Salary: $315,900 annually
- Earning Potential: Up to $393,900 annually (based on two nights of call per week)
- $10,000 relocation assistance
- $20,000 retention bonus (with a 2-year commitment)
Ideal Candidates Will:
- Hold (or be eligible for) Iowa CRNA licensure (licensing support available upon offer)
- Value independence, efficiency, and a team-first environment
- Be comfortable in low-acuity, fast-paced surgical settings
- Have interest or foundational training in regional anesthesia
