Lakewood Management is currently seeking an Resident Engagement Coordinator for Greenspire Apartments.

The primary focus of this position will be to create a vibrant living environment for Greenspire residents while ensuring a high level of community engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors
- Ensures the Office maintains a high standard of appearance and restocks items as needed
- Assists in leading, planning and communicating monthly activities for residents
- Assists with marketing, social media and Greenspire Gear orders
- Answers phone calls, logs service requests, and collects rent
- Assists in ledger audits and communicate with residents regarding ledger balances
- Monitors Active Building for resident communication and engagement
- Able to work some evening and Saturday hours
- Other duties as needed to support the Office and Leasing Teams
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 years customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in computer programs, including MS Word and Excel
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Computer proficiency including a basic understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products
- Must be reliable, detail oriented, and have excellent follow-through skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents and vendors
- A great attitude, focused on creating an excellent residential experience
- Valid driver’s license and meet drivers insurance requirements
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen before employment begins
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The work environment described here represents what the employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee regularly works in a well-lighted, temperature controlled, and smoke-free environment. The noise level is moderate and there is minimal risk of exposure to harmful substances. This job is performed with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and may also include periods of walking, kneeling, bending, reaching, and twisting. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
Compensation is commensurate based on experience.
