About This Opportunity
Role: Compliance Intern
Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA
Duration: May 18, 2026-August 7, 2026
As a Compliance Intern, you will rotate among the compliance leaders to gain hands-on experience across key areas of the compliance department. The department is responsible for regulatory compliance and consumer protection for customers of GreenSky and participating bank partners. You’ll assist with projects and initiatives based on departmental needs, providing broad exposure to merchant oversight, marketing oversight, compliance advisory, licensing, and regulatory partner compliance. This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with team members across the organization and develop a well-rounded understanding of compliance functions within a financial technology company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Regulatory inventory maintenance
- State licensing reporting and development of standard documentation
- Regulatory Change Management
- Policy and Procedure reviews
- Annual employee training review
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Ability to review and interpret regulatory requirements and company policies
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to summarize findings and present information effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
