What You’ll Be Doing
As a Spray Technician, you’ll primarily be responsible for weed control and fertilization applications across residential properties.
Additional services may include:
- Weed control & fertilization
- Fire ant treatments
- Fungicide applications
- Lawn evaluations and recommendations
- Equipment maintenance and care
- Customer communication when needed
Some days you’ll work independently running a route, while other days you may work alongside another technician/helper depending on workload and seasonality.
This role requires someone who can manage their time well, work efficiently without constant supervision, and represent our company professionally while on customers’ properties.

Experience in lawn care, weed control, fertilization, pest control, landscaping, or similar industries is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Little Elm
- Comfortable driving company vehicles during work hours
- Ability to lift and handle lawn care equipment/materials (50lbs)
- Experience pulling trailers is a must
Applicator license is preferred but not required — we are willing to help the right candidate become certified.
