Qualifications:

- Must be an enthusiastic team player
- Must be able to perform tasks that involve standing walking for long periods of time
- Flexible schedule - available, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to learn
- Experience in the cannabis industry is not required to apply
Duties Responsibilities: ID checks, greeting customers, daily organization, cleaning, communicating with authorities and security de-escalation, monitor cameras
- Greeting all customers
- ID Checks: ensuring all ID's are real, valid, and all customers are of age.
- Ensuring all visitors to the store are accurately checked in and compliant with LCB regulations
- Maintain working knowledge of relevant state & federal laws regarding marijuana in Washington state
- Protect company property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Handle any disruptions in daily activities with tact and professionalism regardless of the situation. De-escalation of situations is critical.
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Open schedule availability, including nights and weekends
- Attention to detail and observational skills required
