Greenscape Inc. is growing—and we are seeking a Regional Financial Controller to guide our financial performance, strengthen operational decision-making, and help fuel our next chapter of success. This role is ideal for a financially skilled leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and understands the operational rhythms of landscape maintenance and construction services.
What You’ll Do- Provide regional financial leadership across multiple branch locations
- Analyze P&L results, budgets, cost drivers, and financial trendlines that impact operations
- Build forward-looking forecasts, margin models, and labor/material cost tracking
- Proactively identify financial risks, inefficiencies, and revenue growth opportunities
- Translate financial signals into clear actions for operations and leadership teams
- Lead the monthly close process—variance reporting, projections, and accountability reviews
- Guide branches on pricing strategy, enhancement sales margin control, overhead alignment
- Partner with Branch Managers, Client Relations, and Pre-Construction on financial planning
- Support M&A analysis, integration, and post-acquisition financial consistency
- Implement financial controls, reporting systems, and operational dashboards in Aspire/ERP systems
- Lead with accuracy, urgency, and proactive insight—never just reporting, but influencing outcomes
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5 years financial leadership—landscape, construction, or service industry experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated skill in forecasting, job costing, margin analysis, and budgeting
- Strong communicator—able to influence decisions through numbers and insight
- Proactive thinker who sees financial movement early and responds with action
- Comfortable supporting branch budgets, KPI reviews, and operational accountability
- High proficiency in Excel financial reporting tools (Aspire or similar landscape ERP a plus)
- Branch teams make faster, better financial decisions
