Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces pristine.
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.
- Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health of landscaping elements.
- Manage pest control by applying pesticides responsibly following safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
- Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for diverse plantings.
- Execute hardscape projects including the installation of pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
- Conduct seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or leaf removal to maintain year-round landscape aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices.
