Automotive Mechanic
Our company is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify problems and determine the extent of repairs needed
- Repair and replace parts as needed, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work performed
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle's repair needs
Requirements:
- Own a basic set of automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
- 1 years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- NC State Inspection license $1.50 on overall hourly pay
