We are currently seeking a full-time Automotive Data Entry Clerk to join our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional with a passion for the automotive industry.
This is a full time position that offers excellent benefits including major medical health insurance, on site clinic, dental, vision, life and 401(k).
Monday - Friday: 8am -5pm Some weekends required. Paid vacation, holidays, and personal/sick days.
Pay rate will be determined by experience. EOE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately process legal documents related to vehicle sales transactions
- Provide exceptional support to customers with questions or issues
- Maintain precise records and enter data into our systems efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to prepare for and finalize auction events
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
