Registered Nurse RN Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Complete resident assessments, wound care, and documentation
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants during daily clinical operations
- Deliver compassionate, resident centered care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Long Term Care experience preferred
