We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tractor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining tractors and agricultural equipment to ensure peak performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues on tractors and farm equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Replace and repair defective parts and components
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Experience repairing tractors, agricultural equipment, diesel engines, or heavy machinery
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a shop environment
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
