The HVAC Install Technician performs various functions in installing a customers’ HVAC system in their home or commercial property to ensure the highest satisfaction in quality and performance of the unit.

The HVAC Install Technician performs various functions in installing a customers’ HVAC system in their home or commercial property to ensure the highest satisfaction in quality and performance of the unit.
Job Responsibilities
- Performs installation of HVAC equipment following company policies and manufacturer’s specifications
- Installs wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment
- Installs copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering.
- Performs installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings
- Confirm all material checks and equipment is loaded for each job into their work vehicles.
- Works within a job team helping to support co-workers in the completion of assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out and returned to the office upon completion of the job.
- Maintains a collaborative working environment with all supervisors, co-workers, and customers.
- Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Must be self-motivated with strong ability to follow instructions and work effectively in team settings too.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
- Strong ability to operate under adverse temperature conditions depending on summer heat conditions when needed.
- Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually.
