Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing knowledgeable advice on plant identification, horticulture, and outdoor products.
- Operate POS systems and cash registers efficiently to process sales transactions accurately.
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store presents an attractive shopping environment.
- Engage with customers to promote products, answer questions, and enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of both indoor retail space and outdoor work areas.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Apply outdoor work experience to assist with plant care, landscaping displays, or outdoor product setup as needed.
Experience
- Previous outdoor work experience is preferred, especially related to horticulture or landscaping.
- Experience with retail sales environments is desirable, including familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations.
- Knowledge of plant identification and horticultural practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
