This role partners closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to ensure platform stability, scalability, and ongoing modernization, including cloud migration initiatives.This position is fully onsite in New York City and requires regular in-person collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as technical owner for enterprise applications supporting core business workflows and governance processesLead planning and execution of on-premise to cloud migration initiatives and platform modernization effortsPartner with business stakeholders to analyze processes, configurations, and application capabilitiesTranslate business needs into scalable, well-architected technical solutionsProvide recommendations to IT and business leadership based on platform roadmaps and operational needsManage vendor relationships to drive enhancements, fixes, and product improvementsOversee application implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshootingEnsure system health, performance monitoring, and capacity planningCollaborate with internal IT teams to deliver enhancements and new capabilitiesMaintain accurate system architecture, configuration, and support documentationParticipate in change management, SDLC, and incident management processesSupport QA activities, test planning, and remediation effortsProvide guidance and coaching to junior team members across distributed teamsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong communication, organization, analytical, and stakeholder-management skillsExperience configuring and supporting enterprise-scale application platformsHands-on experience with cloud and SaaS solutions, including integrations and release managementExperience with system integrations (APIs, web services, FTP, database-to-database)Working knowledge of SQL Server, query development, and reporting toolsFamiliarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Understanding of security and data governance best practicesAbility to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical usersProven success working in collaborative, service-oriented environmentsQualifications7 years of overall information technology experience5 years supporting enterprise-level applications3 years working with cloud or SaaS platformsExperience supporting complex or regulated business environments preferredExperience engaging with senior business stakeholders preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompensation varies based on experience and role-related qualificationsBonus eligibility based on individual contribution and organizational performanceComprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, professional development, commuter benefits, and additional employee programs
