Lawn Care Applicator – Full-Time Seasonal Position
Location: Mini-Cassia Area

Sign-On Bonus & Compensation:
- $500 Sign-On Bonus (after passing the required exam).
- $15-$18/hour starting pay upon passing required exams.
- Annual pay increases & performance-based bonuses.
- Compensation depends on experience, licenses, and certifications.
- Greenlon provides study materials and covers exam/licensing costs.
Important Requirement:
We will NOT hire you until you have passed the Idaho Department of Agriculture’s "Applicator Core Competency" test.

Job Description:
As a Lawn Care Applicator, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, weed control, and pest control products to residential, commercial, and governmental properties.
Responsibilities:
- Apply lawn care products (dry & liquid fertilizers, weed & pest control).
- Mix & load lawn care products safely.
- Manage your own daily routes for applications.
- Drive and maintain your own company truck.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Must pass the "Applicator Core Competency" test before hire.
- Idaho Driver’s License (clean record, no SR-22).
- Ability to understand basic math & unit conversions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and walking on uneven terrain.
- Comfortable working long hours outdoors (spring-fall).
- Not afraid of dogs.
Position Details:
- Full-time seasonal (Mid-February – Mid-November).
- Winter layoff during off-season.
