What You'll Do
- Build scalable, production-ready solutions using Greenlite's AI platform to solve complex customer problems in banking environments
- Partner with customer technical teams to integrate our solutions into their existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment and adoption
- Develop custom applications, APIs, and connectors that extend Greenlite's core capabilities to address specific customer requirements
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements and new feature opportunities
- Create proof-of-concept implementations that demonstrate the value of new Greenlite agents to solve specific customer challenges
- Establish technical best practices for AI deployments in banking and financial services contexts
- Sit side-by-side with customers through implementation challenges, providing hands-on technical support and expertise
- Document and share knowledge, solutions, and patterns across the Forward Deployed Engineering team
- Present technical solutions to diverse stakeholders, from engineering teams to C-suite executives
- 3-5 years in product engineering and/or customer-facing technical roles
- Have a strong software engineering foundation and a desire to spend more time with customers
- Are comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and driving projects forward with minimal guidance
- Enjoy collaborating across teams and functions to solve complex problems
- Are passionate about helping customers realize value from cutting-edge technology
- Can balance technical excellence with pragmatic solutions that meet business needs
- Are adaptable and can quickly learn new technologies, domains, and customer environments
