We are seeking a driven and tech-enabled Inside Sales Representative to generate and qualify new business opportunities within the commercial clean energy sector. This role is responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and setting high-quality meetings for the outside sales team.
This is a high-activity, performance-based role ideal for individuals who excel at outreach, follow-up, and pipeline development. Candidates who effectively leverage CRM systems and AI tools to improve efficiency and results will stand out. This role would be a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission (performance-driven earning potential).

- Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts
- Engage decision-makers to understand operational needs, energy challenges, and project goals
- Schedule qualified meetings and coordinate handoff to outside sales representatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of commercial prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and customer experience
- Communicate market feedback, customer pain points, and trends to leadership
- Meet or exceed activity and performance targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

- 2–4 years of inside sales, business development, or lead generation experience
- Experience in clean energy, solar, energy storage, HVAC, or related industries strongly preferred
- Familiarity with commercial (B2B) sales cycles
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales metrics or quotas
- Consistently meeting or exceeding outreach and appointment-setting goals
- Maintaining a strong and active pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Delivering high-quality leads that convert into revenue
- Building working knowledge of commercial clean energy solutions and client needs
