Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) may substitute for a limited number of years of experience, depending on relevance to the role.Ability to perform complex analytical work and communicate findings clearlyExperience managing workflows or contributing to multi-step research or modeling projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfort working in a nimble, collaborative, high-standards environmentFamiliarity with economic or energy modeling tools (e.g., IMPLAN, REMI, EPS, NEMS, ReEDS, LEAP, PLEXOS, Aurora, MARKAL/TIMES, GCAM, etc.)Additional Qualifications for Director-Level ConsiderationDirector-level team members own full client relationships, lead strategic engagements, and help shape organizational growth.
