We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who can keep production equipment running, solve problems fast, and lead a small team of technicians.If you’re the type of person who can walk up to a machine, figure out what’s wrong, fix it, and put a plan in place so it doesn’t break again — this is the job.What You’ll DoLead and support a team of maintenance technicians on day-to-day equipment issuesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and motion control systemsPerform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and keep machines reliableWork on industrial equipment including lasers, CNC-style systems, power supplies, actuators, and motor drivesRead and understand schematics, drawings, and basic G-codeAlign optics and perform adjustments on laser systems (we will train if needed)Keep maintenance logs up to date; order parts as neededEnsure safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, laser safety) are followedWork with operations to spot inefficiencies and improve equipment performanceWhat You NeedExperience maintaining or repairing industrial or manufacturing equipmentAbility to read schematics and technical documentationStrong troubleshooting skills — mechanical electricalComfortable using test equipment (meters, scopes, etc.)Basic computer skills, and familiarity with CMMS or manufacturing softwareLeadership or team-lead experienceBonus: exposure to lasers, optics, CNC machinery, or motion control systems Company DescriptionWhy Join· Collaborative, experienced engineering team.· Competitive salary & full benefits.· Opportunity to deliver impactful next-generation products.
