About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support daily operations and help drive a seamless customer experience.
This is not a traditional admin role—this position plays a key role in coordinating projects, supporting sales, and ensuring jobs move efficiently from first call through completion.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (phone, email, web)
- Schedule consultations and installations using Google Calendar
- Manage and maintain customer data in our CRM
- Coordinate schedules between sales staff, technicians, and subcontractors
- Assist with estimates, invoices and payments via QuickBooks Online
- Track job progress and ensure timely communication with customers
- Support general office operations and workflow improvements
What We Are Looking For
- 2 years of administrative, coordination, or office management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and processes
- Ability to take ownership and solve problems independently
Preferred:
- Experience in construction, home services, or healthcare-related fields
- Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling field teams
Compensation & Growth
