Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting benefits and functionalities
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling accessories and additional services to enhance their experience
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure stock levels are replenished through effective stocking practices
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Use strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or in person to foster trust and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or retail store environments
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership in a retail setting is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical products and services
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
