Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Unarmed Guards to join our team for part time, full time, and flex guard positions. We have a full-time schedule, which are generally 8 hour or 12-hour shifts on the weekends for AM/PM opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of alertness and awareness at all times.
- Enforce security policies and procedures.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Monitor the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
- Maintain records of activities and incidents.
- Carry out searches of personnel, vehicles, and buildings as necessary.
- Check in hourly or as requested via guard reporting software.
- Respond to digital office alerts regarding staffing and HR changes through the companies enterprise applications.
- Security Officer Skills:
- Must possess a valid Guard card
- Must be able to stand for 6 hours.
- Must be able to lift to 25lbs.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent sense of judgment
- Can stay alert at all time
