The Role


We are seeking a seasoned dealmaker to work directly alongside our founder, focused exclusively on the commercialization of our top-tier talent. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning our creative vision into landmark brand partnerships.


Your mandate will be to own the full lifecycle of brand partnerships for the founder’s desk. This includes managing a high-volume inbound pipeline, leading complex negotiations with world-class brands, and ensuring flawless execution from initial outreach to signed contract. You will be the commercial steward for our most valuable assets, responsible for upholding the standard of excellence that our talent and our company are known for.


This is not a traditional talent management position. We are looking for a specialist — an individual whose primary passion and expertise lie in the art of the deal. You will be a key partner to the founder, but your focus will be on the commercial side of the house, not the creative or strategic development.


What We’re Looking For


The ideal candidate is a world-class executor. You have 4-7 years of experience closing high-value brand deals for digital talent, and you have a demonstrable track record of success. You are fluent in the language of brand marketing, and you are a sophisticated and tenacious negotiator.


Beyond your resume, you are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment. You are organized, disciplined, and relentless in your pursuit of getting a deal done right. You understand that the best partnerships are about more than just the money; they are about brand alignment, long-term value, and creative integrity. What We Offer


Competitive compensation ($90,000 - $120,000 / year) with significant performance-based upside. You will have a direct seat at the table with the founder and the opportunity to build out the brand partnerships function as we grow. Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
