The Role
We are seeking a seasoned dealmaker to work directly alongside our founder, focused exclusively on the commercialization of our top-tier talent. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning our creative vision into landmark brand partnerships.
Your mandate will be to own the full lifecycle of brand partnerships for the founder’s desk. This includes managing a high-volume inbound pipeline, leading complex negotiations with world-class brands, and ensuring flawless execution from initial outreach to signed contract. You will be the commercial steward for our most valuable assets, responsible for upholding the standard of excellence that our talent and our company are known for.
This is not a traditional talent management position. We are looking for a specialist — an individual whose primary passion and expertise lie in the art of the deal. You will be a key partner to the founder, but your focus will be on the commercial side of the house, not the creative or strategic development.
What We’re Looking For
