Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join the dynamic surgical team at a premier academic medical center. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both circulating and scrubbing duties across multiple surgical specialties, providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform circulating and scrubbing duties in various surgical procedures
- Prepare operating rooms with necessary equipment and supplies
- Monitor and maintain sterile field throughout procedures
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and completely
- Manage operating room equipment and inventory

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Active New York State RN license; BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in general, ortho, trauma, neuro, and robotics cases. Must be able to scrub in addition to circulating duties
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure surgical environments.
- Competitive Compensation: Earn a strong hourly rate of $68/hr.
