- 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Every other weekend, and some holidays (set schedules)

- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN)
- Licensure: Active New York State RN License; Current BLS & PALS certifications (ACLS preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent Critical Care experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center
- Technical Skills: Strong EMR experience (EPIC proficiency essential)
- Soft Skills: Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients
- Monitor and interpret complex patient data and vital signs
- Operate and manage specialized critical care equipment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team
- Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in EPIC
- Respond rapidly and effectively to emergencies
- Educate patients and families
