Position Overview:
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll work alongside a crew to maintain some of Omaha’s most beautiful residential and commercial properties. Your role will be hands-on and active, with tasks including:
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain landscapes through tasks such as mulching, pruning, bed edging, and plant replacements
- Assist with seasonal cleanups (spring and fall)
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment each day
- Help keep job sites and the shop clean and organized
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Be punctual, dependable, and a team player
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of plants, tools, and landscape equipment is a plus
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. multiple times a day
- Bilingual skills are a bonus (but not required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
