GreenLife Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to generate qualified leads within the Elizabethtown Gas (ETG) territory for the Whole-Home Energy Solutions (WES) and HVAC On-Bill Repayment (OBR) programs. This role focuses on educating customers about utility incentives, identifying eligible households, and helping customers move forward with energy-efficiency and HVAC upgrade opportunities.
This is a field-based role with daily travel across the ETG service area. A company vehicle, gas, tolls, phone, and laptop/tablet are provided.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outreach, canvassing, community engagement, and customer interaction
- Educate customers on ETG’s WES and HVAC OBR program offerings and benefits
- Pre-screen customers for eligibility and collect required intake information
- Coordinate with intake and scheduling teams to move customers through the process
- Attend community events and build partnerships within the territory
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and productivity reporting
- Meet monthly outreach and conversion goals
- Represent GreenLife professionally with a strong customer-service approach
Requirements
- Sales, outreach, or customer-service experience (utility program experience a plus)
- Familiarity with residential energy efficiency or HVAC preferred
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Organized, reliable, and goal-driven
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to travel throughout the ETG territory
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000 per year uncapped commission structure
