GreenLife Energy Solutions is a rapidly growing company committed to creating a more sustainable future for our communities. We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid position, allowing a mix of in-person work at our Egg Harbor Township office and work-from-home, as long as the applicant resides in New Jersey.


As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our weatherization programs and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include handling customer intake, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.


The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, can work independently, and brings a positive, friendly attitude to the workplace. We value individuals who present themselves professionally and are comfortable engaging with customers in a warm, approachable manner. This position also offers growth potential, and we are willing to train and invest in the right candidate.


Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conduct customer intake for weatherization programs
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Organize digital files
  • Assist with data entry, follow-ups, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide support to management, field staff, and subcontractors


Requirements:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Previous experience as an office assistant, administrator, or similar role (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and stay organized
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Friendly, approachable, customer-focused demeanor
  • Must reside in New Jersey for hybrid/remote work


Working Hours:
Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm


Compensation and Benefits:
  • $25 per hour
  • Health insurance via ICHRA, dental, and a 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid federal holidays and accrued paid time off
  • Mileage reimbursement when applicable
