GreenLeaf Roofing is looking for an experienced, hands-on Superintendent / Project Manager to work closely with our Senior Production Manager on high-end custom residential and complex commercial roofing projects.
This is demanding, physically active work averaging approximately 50-55 hours per week. Expect early mornings, long days, outdoor conditions, and occasional weekends. You must be comfortable getting on roofs, delivering materials, solving field problems, and holding crews accountable.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Senior Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Pick up, load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and supplies as needed.
• Read plans, specifications, and details; identify conflicts before work begins.
• Oversee workmanship, safety, waterproofing details, and daily site conditions.
• Coordinate roofing work with builders, architects, and other trades.
• Track job progress, costs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Keep the Senior Production Manager informed of progress, scheduling needs, and issues requiring attention.
• Protect finished work and maintain clean, organized jobsites.
Qualifications:
• Proven roofing superintendent or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of standing seam metal, tile, slate/synthetic roofing, and low-slope systems.
• Experience with custom homes, architectural details, and complex installations.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs while maintaining quality and organization.
• Ability to climb ladders, access roofs safely, and handle materials using appropriate equipment and assistance.
• Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week on average.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable attendance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
