Greenleaf Job Training Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) vocational rehabilitation agency committed to helping individuals overcome barriers to community employment. We are currently seeking part-time Job Coaches to join our team and support individuals with disabilities as they gain independence through meaningful employment.

What Does a Job Coach Do at Greenleaf?
As a Job Coach, you will:
- Provide hands-on job coaching and skills training to participants in workplace settings.
- Work directly with individuals and employers to support success, stability, and independence in community-based jobs.
- Create Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), support social and tactical skill development, and address inappropriate workplace behaviors constructively.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Setworks and ensure consistent communication with participants, counselors, and your supervisor.
- Potentially support both school-year programs (like Project SEARCH) and seasonal initiatives such as the Summer Youth Program.

Current Opening: Project SEARCH Job Coach – Dublin, OH
- Work on-site at Dublin Methodist Hospital
- Support up to 4 interns as they rotate through departments during the school year
- Assist with job development and post-placement job coaching
- 25–30 hours/week from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, with some evening/weekend flexibility as needed/requested
- Collaborate with teachers, managers, and the wider vocational team
Job Coach Requirements (Non-Negotiables):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable local transportation
- Proficient in using computers, smartphones, and other mobile tech
- Able to pass background checks (no disqualifying offenses)
- Must follow COVID-19 protocols of host businesses, including vaccination
- Greenleaf does not accept medical marijuana cards at this time
