What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Coach position at Greenleaf Job Training Services?
Greenleaf Job Training Services, Inc. – Now Hiring Job Coaches (Community Work Experience- Assessment Focused)!
Greenleaf Job Training Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) vocational rehabilitation agency dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers to employment and build pathways to meaningful community work. We are currently hiring two part-time Job Coaches to support our Community Work Experience (CWE) program, a short-term, assessment-driven service designed to evaluate participant work readiness in real-world settings.
This role is distinct from a traditional long-term Job Coach position. Rather than providing ongoing job retention support, Job Coaches (CWE -Assessment Focused) observe, assess, and document participant skills in a structured, time-limited test work environment.
This is a great opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in teaching, training, coaching, or social services who are passionate about empowering others. As well as those who enjoy mentoring, observing skill development, and providing feedback to support participant success in real-world work settings.
If you’re self-sufficient, organized, calm under pressure, and an excellent communicator, this Job Coach role is right up your alley.
