Pay Starting at: $18.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload palletized cargo to and from off-site warehouses or suppliers.
• Organize pallets onto racking systems using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods.
• Stage raw materials for shift consumption based on shift prep reports.
• Document receipt and shipment of goods using production computer systems (SAP).
• Prepare outgoing loads: palletize, wrap, tag finished products for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse facility, equipment, and dock areas; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Perform cycle counts of inventory as requested.
• Assist production or other teams as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years warehouse experience (double-reach truck experience preferred).
• Experience operating electric forklifts, manual and electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Basic experience using production computer software or warehouse management systems (WMS); SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to ~50 lbs for short distances.
• Good written and spoken English skills; clean safety record; valid driver’s license (if required).
• Self-starter with a performance-driven attitude; ability to plan and complete tasks with urgency.
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Physical demands include lifting, carrying, walking, standing, and operating material handling equipment.
