Job Description
Recruiting responsibilities include:
•Assist under direction of the Director of Sales and Recruiting the hiring of Nexus Staffing Specialists temporary and direct hire work force.
•Work closely with sales relative to marketing candidates and directing type(s) of candidates available to aid the sales process.
•Continuous monitoring of recruiting resources.
•Significant marketing of applicants through job searching via internet recruiting.
•Posting jobs on various job boards, local colleges and career centers.
•Participation in Open Houses and Job Fairs.
•Resume searching using a variety of search engines.
•Screen, submit, and arrange candidate interviews.
•Check references and employee verification, as needed.
•Counsel temporary employees on job performance, etc.
•Track and submit daily metrics.
•Familiarity with unemployment claims, E-verify, and I9’s is preferred.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•2 plus years recruiting experience.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Bilingual Spanish a must.
•Strong computer skills (Microsoft office suite).
•Strong knowledge of recruiting resources.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent time management skills.
•The ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
•Ability to multi-task is a must
