Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, edging, and mulching
- Coordinate landscaping projects such as planting beds, construction of features, and irrigation system installations
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Provide mentorship and training to team members on horticulture practices, equipment use, and safety protocols
- Manage scheduling and workflow to meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met or exceeded
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related fields with supervising experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of lawn care, gardening, horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape construction
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Familiarity with landscape equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and operating machinery for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license; relevant certifications in horticulture or landscape management are a plus

Pay: $25.50 - $32.50 per hour
