ROLE SUMMARY
As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll protect customers’ homes and families by providing reliable pest control solutions and building lasting relationships with customers. No prior pest control experience is required—we provide training to help you succeed. You’ll inspect properties, safely apply treatments, communicate service recommendations, and ensure customers receive the right solutions for their needs. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with some Saturdays as needed, and the opportunity to grow your skills and career with Greenix.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Safely apply pesticides according to company standards, label instructions, and applicable laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers about their service, including updates to plans and service schedules
• Assist in sales activities - ensure customers have the most complete Pest Control and Animal Management services

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (First 6-12 Months)

• Ability to successfully make 1 service recommendation to a customer each week.
• Demonstrate effective customer communication skills
• Able to independently complete full-service routes

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or Equivalent preferred but not required
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older

WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE

• Monday – Friday. Some Saturdays required
• Outdoor Services, ability to work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, elevated heights
• Ability to lift equipment i.e sprayer backpack, up to 50 lbs
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations
