Summer Sales Representative (April–August)
Job Description:
Greenix Pest Control is hiring motivated individuals for our full-time summer sales program. This is a 4-month opportunity (April–August) designed for students and young professionals looking to gain real sales experience and earn strong commission-based income.
You’ll work directly with homeowners, represent a nationally recognized pest control company, and develop communication and sales skills that carry into any career path.
Responsibilities:
- Work full days outdoors knocking doors in assigned neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners and explain Greenix Pest Control services
- Build rapport and generate new customer accounts
- Work within a team environment and follow a proven sales system
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay
- Most reps earn $800–$2,500 per week, depending on performance
- Average rep earns around $25,000–$30,000 over the summer
- Top performers earn more
Training & Support:
- No prior sales experience required
- Ongoing coaching and team support
Travel & Housing:
- Position requires relocating to a summer sales market
- Reps are responsible for travel to market
- Housing is provided; rent is deducted from weekly earnings
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work long days
- Comfortable talking with people face-to-face
- Full-time availability from April through August
- Self-motivated and coachable
