As a Personal Gardener, you'll be responsible for maintaining some of the finest commercial and residential landscapes in Central Indiana. Your work will directly impact the way our customers experience their properties every single day.
What You'll Do
You'll care for landscapes as if they were your own by:
- Pruning shrubs and ornamental plants
- Deadheading annual flowers
- Weeding landscape beds
- Maintaining seasonal color displays
- Monitoring plant health and identifying potential issues
- Keeping beds clean, edged, and professionally maintained
- Performing detailed landscape touch-ups
- Working with your supervisor to ensure every property exceeds customer expectations
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:

Landscape or horticulture experience is a plus, but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude, attention to detail, and passion for beautiful landscapes.
