Greenhow is looking for a dependable, friendly person to join our office team as an Inside Customer Service and Sales Representative.
About Greenhow
Greenhow is a locally owned pest control and lawn care company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Eastern Massachusetts. We've been based in Auburndale, MA for over 15 years and are known for doing things the right way-using effective, responsible treatments and providing helpful, honest service.

About the Role
Our office staff is the communication hub of the company. This role involves a lot of phone and computer work throughout the day, helping customers and supporting our field team.
This is an in-office position in Newton/Auburndale, MA, near Commonwealth Ave, Route 128, and the Mass Pike.
Schedule
- Full-time, weekday shifts (8 hours)
- Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- One or two Saturday mornings per month (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
What You'll Be Doing
- Answering inbound phone calls and assisting customers
- Scheduling and updating service appointments
- Responding to customer emails and written requests
- Setting up and updating customer accounts
- Answering questions about services and billing
- Preparing invoices, deposits, and statements
- Following up on payments
- Communicating with team members by phone, email, and text
- General office and administrative support
This is a fast-paced office environment, so you'll need to be comfortable talking and using a computer at the same time.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating clearly
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Good common sense and problem-solving ability
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Able to juggle multiple tasks throughout the day
- Customer service experience is required (retail, food service, hospitality, call center, or similar)
- General knowledge of Eastern Massachusetts geography is a plus
No pest control experience is required-we train you.
