Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, follow provided leads, and generate new leads for existing and new business partners. You will grow to be an expert in thermal barriers, sound barriers and all things insulation, through on the job training and continual education
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, and lead generation strategies within assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct home energy audits, product demonstrations, and give customers expert advice on thier insulation and thermal needs
- Manage territory sales activities by planning visits, tracking progress, and optimizing routes for maximum efficiency
- Utilize CRM software to record interactions, update customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals that benefit both parties
- *No door to door selling, or cold calling required*
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service abilities to build trust and close deals confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to conduct energy audits, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, balance and reliably go up and down ladders
- Skilled in inside sales coordination, and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
