Job position – Non-QM mortgage transaction manager

Responsibilities
- Work closely with title companies and attorneys to close non-QM and other types of mortgage loans on a timely manner.
- Collaborate with warehouse lenders and title companies to fund non-QM and other types of mortgage loans.
- Conduct back-back rate lock for individual loans with investors
- Coordinate with third party pre-closing vendors and post-closing vendors to complete loan review
- Receive, review, prepare and ship collateral documents to document custodians
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a mortgage loan closing manager or transaction manager
- Familiar with non-QM mortgage, and other types of commercial mortgages, such as DSCR loans, rehab loans, ground up construction loans, multifamily and other commercial properties.
- Understand TRID regulations and other compliance requirements in the mortgage industry
- Bachelor’s degree is required
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $70,000 - $80,000
- Incentive: $10 per each closed and funded loan
- Performance based bonus
