YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Business Process Analyst I/II/III, you will be responsible for defining, tracking, and managing process improvement efforts within the Accurex Sales Entity as it relates to systems and processes. You will work in direct support of Sales Operations — with specific emphasis on post-sale processes — to increase team capacity, reduce errors, and standardize processes so that team members can focus on value-added work. You will collaborate with the corporate IT team and help the Accurex Sales Entity to further utilize the current set of system tools as well as guide, develop, and implement new and more productive ways to use the various systems.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Business Process Analyst I/II/III, you will be responsible for defining, tracking, and managing process improvement efforts within the Accurex Sales Entity as it relates to systems and processes. You will work in direct support of Sales Operations — with specific emphasis on post-sale processes — to increase team capacity, reduce errors, and standardize processes so that team members can focus on value-added work. You will collaborate with the corporate IT team and help the Accurex Sales Entity to further utilize the current set of system tools as well as guide, develop, and implement new and more productive ways to use the various systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with Accurex Sales leadership to develop, manage, lead, prioritize, and support an on-going list of system and process improvement projects that directly correlate to customer satisfaction (internal or external), increased team capacity, and the reduction of manual or repetitive work — with a particular focus on post-sale workflows such as order management, fulfillment, invoicing, and customer support.
- Take ownership of projects and work with the necessary individuals throughout the lifecycle of the project from concept to completion. The ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects is essential to be successful in this role.
- Work with Sales Operations teams to identify bottlenecks and standardize or enhance post-sale processes, creating opportunities for improvement that eliminate human error and free team members to focus on higher-value activities.
- Partner with Corporate IT teams to assist in the definition of system requirements. Support process improvements in the definition and implementation of specific corporate IT initiatives as they impact the Accurex Sales Entity. Lead change management within Accurex Sales Operations in all aspects of the change management process.
- Translate business requirements into system specifications. Gather, document, and implement business requirements utilizing any/all GPS tools and techniques. Audit existing Sales Operations processes to ensure procedures and best practices are being followed. Address all non-conformances and/or training to support procedures/processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of current systems used across all Accurex Sales Operations processes, with an emphasis on the post-sale order-to-cash cycle. Identify and implement improvements, and coordinate and present process-related training initiatives as they relate to systems — including but not limited to JIRA, SAP, and related sales and fulfillment platforms.
- Develop processes, procedures, and supporting documentation that increase team capacity, reduce manual effort, and improve customer service within Sales Operations, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
- Mentor other analysts and provide facilitation assistance on relevant projects and project management initiatives.
- May supervise support staff. If applicable, manage employee development planning as well as support, coordinate, and execute the employee performance process. Effectively lead, train, and/or mentor other analyst professionals on complex technical material and/or solutions.
- Some travel is required.

As a BPA I:
- 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience required.
- SAP (ERP) experience preferred.
- Knowledge of areas that support the quote-to-cash process preferred.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and training preferred.
- Project management skills preferred.
- 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.
- SAP (ERP) experience required.
- Systems, Engineering, or Manufacturing background, as well as familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts required.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required.
- Integrated knowledge of areas that support the quote-to-cash process required.
- Expected to complete internal Lean Leader Certification.
- 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience required.
- SAP (ERP) experience required.
