Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician Flexible Schedule + Great Pay

Greenheart Living Wellness Center is seeking passionate, professional, and wellness-focused Licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians to join our growing team.

Responsibilities - Licensed Massage Therapists

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions customized to client needs
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and calming treatment room
• Educate clients on wellness and recovery recommendations
• Create a welcoming and relaxing client experience
• Document client notes and preferences when necessary
• Uphold professional and ethical standards

Responsibilities — Licensed Esthetician (Facial & Skincare Specialist)

• Perform professional facial treatments tailored to each client’s skin type and concerns
• Conduct detailed skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and home care routines
• Perform extractions, cleansing, exfoliation, masking, and hydration treatments
• Provide additional skincare services such as light chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and LED therapy (if licensed/trained)
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and relaxing treatment environment before and after each client
• Educate clients on skincare products, routines, and long-term skin health goals
• Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service and care
• Keep accurate client notes, treatment records, and progress tracking
• Follow all state regulations, safety standards, and spa protocols
• Recommend retail skincare products when appropriate to support client results
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals (massage therapists, front desk, etc.)
• Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and spa etiquette at all times

Massage Modalities Preferred

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Swedish Massage
• Deep Tissue
• Sports Massage
• Prenatal Massage
• Stretch Therapy
• Hot Stone
• Aromatherapy
• Lymphatic Drainage
• Reflexology

Qualifications -Licensed Massage Therapists

• Active Wisconsin Massage Therapy License
• Professional and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Passion for wellness and healing
• Spa or wellness center experience preferred but not required

Qualifications — Licensed Esthetician (Facial & Skincare Specialist)

• Must hold a valid Wisconsin Esthetician License (or be eligible to transfer license if relocating)
• Completion of an accredited esthetics or cosmetology program
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and facial treatment techniques
• Experience performing facials, extractions, and basic skincare treatments preferred (new graduates welcome)
• Understanding of sanitation, hygiene, and state board safety regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a professional spa or wellness environment
• Strong attention to detail and client care
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients improve confidence and skin health
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to build client trust and maintain long-term relationships
• Sales or product recommendation experience is a plus (but not required)
