Pay: $13.00–$15.00 per hour based on experience

Impact You Will Have
As a front-line representative of GreenGuard, your work directly impacts cleanliness standards, safety, and overall presentation within a high-traffic retail setting. Your ability to take initiative, identify cleaning needs, and execute tasks efficiently will support both client satisfaction and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of sales floors, restrooms, break areas, and storage spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors, including under fixtures and shelving
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and dispensers
- Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as counters, doors, and handles
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, display areas, and fixtures
- Conduct routine inspections to identify cleaning or maintenance needs
- Assist with light maintenance reporting (lighting, repairs, etc.)
- Restock paper products, soap, and supplies as needed
- Ensure all work is completed before business hours
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures
- Maintain organized work areas and uphold GreenGuard standards
Work Environment

- Early morning shifts prior to store opening

Requirements
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred (retail, commercial, or industrial)
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and commercial equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation required
