Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other in-store services
- Process and handle incoming and outgoing packages accurately and efficiently
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions
- Be knowledgeable in Adobe Print Programs (Photoshop, InDesign and Canva) also, be able to print, copy, scan and fax document services for customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a professional manner
- Support notary, mailbox, and freight shipping services as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail, customer service, or shipping experience preferred
- Bilingual strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy store environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed
