Position Overview:
The Legacy Companies is looking for a Shipping Coordinator that will be responsible to coordinate all Warehouse shipping activities for incoming and outcoming orders into the warehouse.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create orders in M3 software for warehouse completion.
- Order completion in X carrier software.
- Communicate orders to warehouse associates.
- BOL and label creation for orders.
- Respond to emails concerning dispositions.
- Communicate to sales any order discrepancies.
- Ability to assist warehouse in other departments.
- Label outbound freight after processing Bill of Ladings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Computer and MS Office software use.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in a distribution/warehouse environment or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to quickly learn and carry out processes.
- Ability to work independently and safely.
- Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members.
- Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Required OT.
Physical Requirements:
- Precise hand/eye coordination: Frequently.
- Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions: Constantly.
- Lifting/pushing objects weighing over 10 lbs.: Occasionally.
