Responsibilities for Admissions Director
Coordinate and manage the admissions process for new residents, from inquiry through move-in.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, referral partners, and families.
Use creativity and social media to promote Stillwater and share our story with the community.
Ensure all admission paperwork, regulatory forms, and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and business office teams to ensure seamless resident transitions.
Give facility tours that highlight our culture, services, and resident-centered care.
Track admissions, discharges, and occupancy trends, supporting census growth goals.
Represent Greenfield at community events, outreach programs, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements for Admissions Director
Proven Admissions & Marketing Leadership: Previous experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, social services, or census development (strongly preferred). Demonstrated success in driving census growth and building community partnerships.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Ability to design and execute a comprehensive admissions and marketing strategy, set measurable census goals, and deliver results that strengthen the facility’s growth and visibility.
Digital & Social Media Expertise: Advanced skill in leveraging social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), digital campaigns, and community engagement tools to spark conversations, attract referrals, and showcase the Greenfield brand. Must be creative, innovative, and able to turn ideas into attention-grabbing content.
Community & Relationship Building: Skilled in cultivating and sustaining referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations. Must thrive in networking settings and represent Greenfield as the premier choice for skilled nursing care.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze admission data, market trends, and competitor information to inform census strategies and ensure consistent growth.
Budget Oversight: Experience developing and managing admissions and marketing budgets to maximize ROI and strategically invest in census-driving initiatives.
Events & Outreach Leadership: Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and lead open houses, facility tours, community events, and outreach programs that increase visibility and drive new resident inquiries.
Reporting & Accountability: Strong skills in preparing reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership, clearly communicating census metrics, marketing performance, and progress toward goals.
Communication & Customer Service Excellence: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage families, residents, staff, and referral partners in ways that build trust and confidence in Greenfield
Team-Oriented Drive: Ability to work independently while leading initiatives and collaborating across all departments to ensure seamless resident transitions.
