Rehab Director Responsibilities
-
Lead and manage therapy department operations, ensuring collaboration and clinical excellence

Supervise, mentor, and inspire therapy staff, fostering growth and engagement

Oversee treatment planning, scheduling, and compliance with all state and federal regulations

Monitor therapy outcomes, documentation, and productivity metrics

Encourage innovative, patient-centered care and clinical problem-solving

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Wisconsin

Leadership or supervisory experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior care preferred
